An amendment to our Declaration of Covenants prohibits leasing except in some limited situations. The HOA Board enforces this prohibition. We have prepared a Leasing Q & A to help clarify the issue and to represent our best understanding of issues related to the leasing prohibition. Even though the document answers some of the most common questions related to the leasing prohibition, it is by no means the main documentation reference to be used regarding this issue.

The Winter Rose HOA Board will make determinations in individual cases based on the text of the Winter Rose HOA Leasing Amendment and the advice of our attorney.
